SHIPPING POLICY
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We ship orders to locations within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and to APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions may apply).
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
If your order is processed Monday through Friday before 10:30 am PST, it will ship the same day. Orders processed after 10:30 am PST will be shipped the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Depending on the chosen shipping method, your order is estimated to arrive on or before the end of the last day.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Certainly! A tracking number will be provided on your order’s invoice within 48 business hours of processing. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified. For any shipping-related inquiries or concerns, please contact Customer Experience.

The shipping provider will be chosen based on the delivery location and selected shipping method, with options including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Yes, we accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
