WHAT DOES THE AMARE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ENTAIL?

Amare Global provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 90 days of purchase, offering a full refund (excluding shipping charges) upon return of the product or its containers. This guarantee extends to all customers and Brand Partners. If dissatisfaction arises with any Amare Global product, individuals can return the unused portion in its original packaging within the specified timeframe for a replacement, exchange, or full refund (excluding shipping costs).

WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS?

Customers and Brand Partners have a 90-day window from the purchase date to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not qualify for a refund.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR A RETURN?

To initiate a return, individuals must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Amare Global via Customer Support. They should then complete and submit the Request Return Form and include a copy of the invoice with the returned items, specifying their Amare Global Partner Number, order number, RMA, and reason for return. Return orders must reach Amare Global within 14 business days of RMA issuance.

WHERE SHOULD RETURNED PRODUCTS BE SENT?

Returns should be shipped to the address provided by Amare Global Customer Support upon RMA issuance. The products must be returned in the manufacturer’s original box, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer or Brand Partner.

CAN ITEMS PURCHASED FROM THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES OR BRAND PARTNERS’ PERSONAL INVENTORIES BE RETURNED?

Amare only accepts returns for purchases made directly from its corporate and replicated websites. Brand Partners must honor refund and return requests from their customers within 90 days of purchase.

ARE RECEIPTS NECESSARY FOR RETURNS?

Yes, a copy of the invoice must accompany the returned products or services.

IS MEMBERSHIP FEE REFUNDABLE?

Annual Membership fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law in certain jurisdictions. Refer to the Policy Manual for jurisdiction-specific exceptions.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND?

Refunds may take up to 14 days from receipt to process.

Product Credits and Amare Credits cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
